Excellent buying experience
I called in the morning to enquire about the availability of a vehicle I had found on their website. Roy was very courteous and answering my questions about availability and warranty. We drove 2 1/2 hours to Blade Chevrolet and were welcomed by friendly staff who directed us back to Roy. The car was waiting for us when we arrived. He answered our questions during the test drive. Roy was very friendly, answered all our questions, listened to our concerns and made the buying experience the best we've had when purchasing a car. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Unbelievable service from this Dealership. Special thanks to Roy, Doug and Dave who took care of us without resorting to the high pressure sales we have received in the past. We were looking to trade my 2001 Convertible Corvette in for a 2008 model of the same. Roy was very fair in the price negotiations for my trade in and the 2008 we wanted to purchase. We did go back and forth a few times with the total price, but the experience was painless and we ended up with a price that worked for both sides.
My Wife and I live in Covington so the drive was about an hour and a half to get to Blade(not many convertible vettes out there for sale). We would definitely make the trip again on our next purchase, especially now that we could cut that trip down to an hour with the new 'Vette ;)

Mr. Blade, My Wife and I live in Lynnwood . It is not an easy drive to Mt. Vernon. From the phone call following the letter of invitation we got, the ease of conversation, her ability to facilitate information and the openness of your salesperson Brenda was head and shoulders above the three dealers we had been talking to. Although there were three dealers with similar cars we were looking for we headed north. The reason for the letter is that we were treated as special guests not easy marks. They treated us well and fairly and answered every question honestly even if it was not in their favor. We felt extremely comfortably with the car but more comfortable with them so we drove away in a 2011 Santa Fa. Brenda was great and her partner Jim made the paperwork a breeze. When we need another car, Brenda will be the first person we will call.

We are very pleased with our purchase and the experience in dealing with Blade. This is actaully the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from your dealership. We purchased a Chevy Corsica back in the early 90s, and we purchased the truck we just traded in back in 1998. I would say that because of our great experience with our previous purchases from Blade - it pretty much sealed the deal for the truck we just bought from you. We did find something very similar from Jerry Chambers up here in Bellingham, but because we had a history with Blade we decided to go with you again. We are very impressed with not only how your employees treat their customers, but we have heard from several of the employees about how happy they are to work for someone like Mike Blade. These are the type of comments that you don't hear very often from employees about their employer. Keep up the good work!

I took advantage of a $14.95 coupon in our local paper for a routine service (oil change) and Blade went beyond the call. Not only was the service good and expedient they topped off my coolant that would have cost me about eight dollars. I appreciate it and will be back. This was a concerted effort to get customers that had previously been to the Cadillac dealership before it closed. Kudos to Blade Chevrolet, I hope they can get the Cadillac dealership as well.

Hey Mike, bought a new 2010 Silverado at Blade last week.
Live in Bellevue but have a place on Whidbey so I am up and down I-5 past your place so I emailed with your internet guy Doug who found me a fairly unique one in Spokane that met my needs. Your sales guy Roy closed the deal on my way up and got it to me as promised on my way back down.
Got a decent price with trade (I had a few prices from down here to compare) and I was happy to keep some sales tax from going to waste.
